In the fall of 2005, the University underwent an academic reorganization. Several of the changes have been successful and resulted in increased efficiency. Others need further evaluation and refinement. As a University, our goal is always to make improvements, and the Reorganization Evaluation Committee has been charged with reviewing the changes with the goal of identifying which aspects of the plan are working and which need improvement. We will use the responses to the survey to develop questions that will form the basis for discussion with focus groups over the next few months. The survey period has ended.
