AUSTIN - all-Louisiana Texas Hill Country Crawfish Boil
Event Date-Time: Sat, 05/16/2009 11:00amULM alums joined alumni from McNeese, Northwestern and La Tech on Saturday, May 16th at Westlake Beach at our second annual all-Louisiana crawfish boil. The mudbugs this year were boiled by ULM's own Mark Oliveaux. Westlake Beach is a great location for this event - it has beach access for the kids to swim and the boil was under a very large covered pavilion.
