ULM Alumni Association Mission and Objectives
OUR OBJECTIVES - To maximize the number of our alumni who are meaningfully engaged with ULM, to add value to ULM's efforts in fundraising, student recruitment and political support, and to develop additional capacity to add value in these and other areas of university endeavors. OUR HISTORY - The Alumni Association was organized in 1952 for the benefit of Northeast Louisiana State College alums. The first president of the Alumni Association was Mr. Pascal Norris of Monroe. In 1999 the organization became the ULM Alumni Association. In 1960 the first alumni chapter, Caddo-Bossier, was formed. Since that time domestic, international, and academic chapters have followed, with 27 active alumni chapters. ULM alumni are located worldwide. Today the ULM Alumni Association draws its membership from over 55,000 graduates.
