Vending Machines & Refunds

The Office of Auxiliary Enterprises has responsibilities for the reporting of customer service issues including vending service and vending refunds.

To report vending problems or for refunds, please NOTE THE VENDING MACHINE OUTLET NUMBER and call (318)342-5242.

Refunds require a claim form be completed including the Outlet or Asset Number in The Office of Auxiliary Enterprises located in the Student Center, 2nd floor, Room 255 (upstairs from the SGA Office).

The Office of Auxiliary Enterprises hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
