There was a power disruption in the area of Tower Dr. and Forsythe Dr. on Nov. 10, 2009 that caused brief circuit failure to occur. The downed circuit then caused a chain reaction of hardware failure for the ULM Campus network that connects the Bienville Building to ULM/Internet.
