vanessa Vanessa Doherty, B.S. in Construction Management, May 2010, will begin her full-time position with Walt Disney Imagineering in Florida immediately after graduation.

BrookeBrooke Gix, a December 2009 graduate of ULM, landed a full-time position as a Pediatric Registered Nurse at St. Francis Holy Angels on January 26, 2010.   

A Monroe native, Brooke Gix earned her full-time position by interning for a year as a Nurse Tech at St. Francis.  According to Brooke, “If my job can make a patient smile or feel better, then my mission is accomplished.”   (read more)
 

alex1.jpgAlex Deshowitz, a May 2010 graduate in finance, interned last summer at Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas, and now has been hired full-time.

For the second consecutive summer, Alex Deshowitz was awarded one the country’s most sought-after internships--Southwest Airlines.  Now, however, before his summer internship even began, he's been hired there as a revenue management analyst.   (read more)

 

sevil.jpgSevil Alieva, ULM senior in communication, will intern at the Embassy of Tajikistan in Washington, DC, this summer.

Sevil Alieva is a 4.0 senior expecting to graduate with her B.A. in communication in December 2010.  She is originally from Gafurov, Tajikistan, and speaks four languages.   (read more)

 

brittany.jpgBrittany LaCombe, health studies pre-professional graduating in May 2011, works part-time for Recreational Services while attending ULM.

Brittany LaCombe, a senior from Marksville, Louisiana, began working for ULM’s Recreational Services in the fall of 2008.  She’s now worked her way up to being a student supervisor, with the responsibility of opening up the Activities Center every morning.  (read more)

Jonathan Turner, a sophomore accounting major, works part-time for the Boys and Girls Club of West Monroe while attending ULM.

Accounting major Jonathan Turner began working with children at the Boys and Girls Club of West Monroe in the fall of 2009.  After returning home to Leesville, Louisiana, this summer, he intends to pick up where he left off when he returns for the next fall semester.   (read more)
