Kinesiology
is the in-dept study of all aspects of physical fitness, sports and
wellness, as well as health and physical education teacher training and
training of future coaches and sports administrators.
Professionals use the science of biomechanics, anatomy,
physiology, and motor learning to assess movement, performance and
function of the body.

Psychology
is the scientific study of behavior, both animal and human. It is a very broad and diverse discipline
that ranges from studies between brain function to behavior. Psychologists apply the scientific method and
research techniques to increase our understanding of behavior. Their research examines both normal and
abnormal behavior and treats emotional and mental problems.
