Plans to involve more alumni with students are underway. This may help integrate more students into the market earlier while they are still in school. |

| 2010-11 | - Objective #1 is not being met. Due to the reduction in on-campus recruiting visits opportunities for students to attend formal presentations was limited. Alumni, led by members of the Industry Advisory Council, have agreed to particpate in more on-campus student events and to help with a mentoring program.
- Objective #2 is being met. However, continuing efforts will be made to increase the number of students meeting with the Industry Advisory Council IAC). Additionally, members of the IAC will help organize this year's student banquet.
- Objective #3 is being met. No change is needed.
