- Goal #1
Recruit, develop and maintain quality faculty who can prepare students for productive careers
- Aligns with the University's Goal 1: "Enhance the culture of faculty excellence."
- 1.1 Outcomes/Objectives:
Recruit for faculty vacancies as necessary in the national market.
- 1.2 Outcomes/Objectives:
Continue to use endowed chair and professorships to promote faculty development.
- 1.3 Outcomes/Objectives:
Conduct annual performance planning and evaluations of faculty

Recruit and retain students who are capable of productive careers
