SPECIAL NOTES TO STUDENTS REGARDING FEE BILLS FOR SUMMER 2013

FEE STATEMENTS are available on web as you register beginning:
     April 10, 2013

• Pick-up a statement from the Student Account Services Office: Coenen Hall, Room 102 [#15 on Map]

Note: Fee statements will not be mailed.

SUMMER 1 PART OF TERM PAYMENT DEADLINE:
Final payment due Tuesday, May 28, 2013 by 3:30 p.m.

SUMMER 2 PART OF TERM PAYMENT DEADLINE:
Final payment due Monday, July 1, 2013 by 3:30 p.m.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• By web-check or credit card via the Web: https://Banner.ulm.edu (Visa now accepted)
• By mail: Controller’s Office, 700 University Avenue, Monroe, LA 71209
• In person: La Capitol Federal Credit Union located on Northeast Drive in University Commons II [#6 on Map]

IF THE “AMOUNT DUE” IS ZERO ON YOUR FEE STATEMENT, your registration is complete and classes are confirmed. If you do not plan to attend, you MUST drop classes via Banner or notify the Registrar’s Office to cancel classes prior to the the Fee payment deadline.

PAYMENT for LATE REGISTRATION and ADD/DROP of Summer part of term 1 courses must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the following date:
     Tuesday, June 4, 2013

PAYMENT for LATE REGISTRATION and ADD/DROP of Summer part of term 2 courses must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on the following date:
     Tuesday, July 9, 2013
