ULM to hold fundraiser in memory of former professor

ULM to break ground on Doppler Radar

Tomorrow afternoon, the University of Louisiana at Monroe will break ground on a much-anticipated project--the ULM Doppler Radar. Funded by GOHSEP (the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness) this radar will fill a dire need in the region, with the closest Doppler systems being housed in Shreveport and Jackson.
