The communication program at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will welcome Dr. Stephen Hartnett to ULM April 21 to present, "Prison Pedagogies and Social Justice in the Age of Ferguson." Hartnett's presentation will take place at 6 p.m., in Stubbs Hall, Room 100.
