Dr. Bobby Ensminger is the holder of the Northeast Chapter Associated General Contractors of America Professorship "A".
Dr. Bobby Ensminger brings 25 years of construction experience to the position of Professor of Construction Management.
Ensminger has served as Project Manager of many of the major construction projects in North Louisina and across the South. Most notably he was Project Manager of Pecanland Mall, ULM Library Addition, Ike Hamiliton Expo Center, Southside School, and many others.
Ensminger is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Louisiana, a Certified Professional Constructor, and a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional. He is member of the American Institute of Constructors and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.
He has written the following textbooks: Estimating: A Reference Manual, and Project Controls Primer. He has presented at the Associated Schools of Construction Annual Meeting and has been selected to present his paper : "Teaching Ethics in a World of No Absolutes at the AACE International Annual Convention. "
Ensminger serves the University as Region 3 Director of the Science Olympiad and as Coordinator of Scholarships for the ULM School of Construction Management.
Additionally he is a member of the CBA Recruitment Commitee and makes numerous visits to area high schools to tell the story of Construction Management.
