Dr. James Wood is the holder of the Entergy Endowed Professorship in Computer Information Systems.
Since joining the faculty at ULM, Dr. Wood has authored 19 academic publications and was the first holder of the George T. Walker Endowed Professor of Entrepreneurship.
He has helped acquire over $300,000 in grant money and software licenses and served on the faculty senate as well as numerous department, college, and universitylevel committees.
Dr. Wood has provided the local business community with software training, entrepreneurship training, and internet and network consulting.
