III.             Homecoming:  Patti Calk, Chair of the Homecoming Committee, updated the CAC on homecoming plans.  Dr. Ryman has purchased a tent and a grill for the COHS.  Mr. Bennett and Mr. Allen will transport the grill and tent to the COHS tailgating site.  The Cattleman’s Association is providing the meat and departments will provide the rest.  Thank you to Mrs. Debbie Joiner, Administrative Assistant for the Dental Hygiene Clinic, for arranging the donation of the meat.  The tent will be located in the same spot as last year, in the area with Business and Arts and Sciences.  Five tables have been reserved.  No chairs are available for tailgating.  Some CAC members may be able to borrow chairs from other community sources.  T-shirts can be purchased on-line.  Faculty should refer to the earlier e-mail.
