Kinesiology Majors...
Getting Involved !
The Department of Kinesiology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is engaged in a variety of research, grants, and projects. All of which involve students in the major as part of their coursework or as service learning opportunities.
The Kinesiology Department's student association (A.S.K.)
is an organization designed to provide practical learning experiences, as
well as professional development, to students preparing for careers in
physical education (PK-12), health promotion, cardiac rehabilitation,
exercise physiology, coaching, sports or fitness management, and parks and
recreation services. A.S.K. is open to all majors and non-majors.
