The University of Louisiana at Monroe will host its 2nd Annual School Law Conference
on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, in the Student Union Ballroom, located on the 2nd floor
of the Student Union Building.
The conference starts promptly at 8:45 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

This conference will cover legal issues affecting K-12 education in Louisiana, including these "Hot Topics":
• IDEA
• Guns in Schools
• Sexual Harrassment in the Workplace
• Legislative Act 1
Who should attend
If you are an attorney, school board member, school administrator, central office staff, or just interested in these legal issues affecting K-12 education in Louisiana, then this conference is for you!
Continuing education credits will be offered for attorneys, school board members, and school administrators.
Keynote Speaker
Judge Alvin R. Sharp of Louisiana's 4th Judicial District Court, will be the luncheon keynote speaker.
Registration and Fees
Conference fees are $200.00 per person and include course materials and lunch. Check-in starts at 7:30 am April 30.
