Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The purpose of the ULM Sports Hall of Fame is to honor and perpetuate the memory of those who, by their participation, support, or interest, have made outstanding contributions to ULM Athletics.

Membership in the Sports Hall of Fame shall consist of those outstanding varsity letter winners, former coaches and athletic administrators whose dedication and performance merit the greatest athletic honors that ULM can bestow. 

All nominees must have completed their athletic participation or service to the University for a period of at least five years prior to being a nominee for the Sports Hall of Fame.

According to the L Club by-laws, there must be a one-year waiting period from the time the nominee is nominated and when he or she is selected for admission.  All nominees must also have completed their athletic participation or service to the University for a period of at least five years prior to being a nominee for the Sports Hall of Fame.

Nominations are now being received for the Class of 2013 – all nominations and supplemental information must be received at the L Club Office, located inside the Anna Gray Noe Alumni Center, no later than December 31, 2012. 

All nominations received after December 31, 2012 will be for the class of 2014.
