About Risk Management & Insurance...
The Insurance program at ULM is one of only 32 in the United States. Courses cover a broad range of insurance topics including Life Insurance, Commercial and Personal Property/Casualty and Business Risk Management. Additionally, ULM offers two very unique courses, Insurance Accounting and Surplus Lines and Reinsurance.

- One student was selected for the 2009 Intermediaries and Reinsurance Underwriters Association Internship and was awarded “Intern of the Year” for a scholarly paper that will be published in the Journal of Reinsurance
