Anxiety counseling for students; eight-week group begins Feb. 13

University of Louisiana at Monroe students will have the chance to participate in an eight-week counseling opportunity designed to reduce anxiety, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 13 from 5:15 – 6:45 p.m. at the ULM Counseling Center. Each session will follow on the successive Wednesday until the counseling is complete.

“Got Anxiety?” will give hands-on practice in a variety of ways to reduce anxiety, particularly focusing on each group member’s specific targeted distress.
