ULM SBDC to offer Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks opportunity March 13

The University of Louisiana at Monroe Small Business Development Center will provide a free Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks opportunity Thursday, March 13 in the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105.

For anyone needing technical information related to a new product development or wishing to investigate the potential growth of a company as a result of acquiring a new technology, the University of Louisiana at Monroe SBDC is helping to provide that information. The ULM SBDC, as part of its continuing education program, is providing business people and individual inventors a chance to discuss their invention or project with a technology development specialist. The specialist, Bob Montgomery, a registered Patent Agent, has extensive experience in bringing new products to market. The LSBDC provides quality, no-fee, confidential, one-on-one counseling services to potential and existing business owners; provides no-fee management and technical assistance services by appointment; conducts workshops and seminars to help small business people become better managers and to keep them informed about current events and changing trends in today’s business world; and maintains a resource library which includes statistical data, census figures, SBA publications, and a variety of other information.
