New ULM study abroad courses offered for Summer 2012

Dr. Joni H. Noble, associate professor of art at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will be teaching two new art/photography courses during the Summer I and II 2012 sessions.

The first course is known as "The Compass: May 25-June 28, 2012." Classes will be conducted in Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Normandy, and London.

Students will have four free travel days between each city. Students will receive six total credits (graduate or undergraduate) in history, art history, political science, psychology, or art/photography.

Students will receive an IPAD, Northface backpack, and Eurail Pass as part of their tuition.

The second course is "British Studies: June 28-July 30."

Classes will be conducted in London and various other cities. The "art/photography" course goes to Paris for five days as part of the course.

Other classes offered include journalism, psychology, WWII history, business, sports management, library science, literature, music industry, and theatre.

Each class offers a different five-day destination. Students also have five free travels days in Europe. Students will receive six total credits (graduate or undergraduate) in their chosen area of study.

ULM's Financial Aid Office can put together a financial aid package for any interested student.
