Violations, Fines and Payments
All fines and payments are to be made to LA Capitol Bank within ten calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of issuance of violation. Failure to do so will result in a $5 dollar Administrative fee being assessed. The fee is applicable to each and every fine not paid in the allotted time.
The LA Capitol Bank is located on Northeast Drive near Starbucks Coffee Shop.
