Citations & Fines

All citations (tickets) for on-campus parking violations can be paid online or in person at the LA Capitol FCU located on campus. The university’s Violation and Fine Schedule is listed below.

 

To Pay Online: Faculty, Staff and Students with Banner accounts

  1. Login into Banner
  2. Select the Employee or Student tab/link, as applicable
  3. Click the Parking Permits/Citations link
  4. Select Citation Payment Menu to make a payment using ULM’s TouchNet payment system.

 

Aramark, Contractors and Vendors should pay at the LA Capitol FCU located on campus (under Misc. Account) and forward all receipts to UPD.

Visitors should visit UPD before making payments to LA Capitol FCU located on campus.

$5 late fees are accessed after 7 calendar days.  

All operators of vehicles on-campus are subject to moving violation penalties. Reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, driving while under the influence of drugs, drag racing, and driving at excessively high rates of speed constitute serious moving violations.

State citations issued for traffic offenses will be referred to 4th Judicial District Court, located at 300 St. John Street, Monroe, LA, for prosecution under the Traffic Laws of the State of Louisiana.

Accident reports for on-campus crashes will be on file at the University Police Department. Any vehicle damage/theft, while on university property should be reported to the ULM Police Department 318-342-5350.
