All active and retired veterans who are current students or employees of ULM were honored in a ceremony held in Scott Plaza near the ULM Library. The guest speaker was ULM sociology graduate General Joanne Sheridan (B.A. ’83), the first ever female brigadier general for the Louisiana National Guard.
