Dr.
Ross Keiser,
psychology, and his wife, Elizabeth, were professed this summer as
members of the third order of the Society of St. Pius the Tenth (SSPX).
The SSPX was erected by the
Vatican
to preserve the traditional sacraments and
priesthood. ● Otto Christian Keiser, son of Dr. and Mrs. Keiser,
has been named as a semifinalist in the National Merit Scholarship
program. Otto is a senior enrolled in the St. Thomas Aquinas home school
program. He is concurrently taking classes at
ULM
in the Collegiate Program, and completed the
Howard Hughes Medical Fellowship program this summer at
ULM
. He is planning to attend
ULM
this fall and major in biology and pre-med.
He has been a volunteer at the
Louisiana Purchase
Gardens
and Zoo for the past three years.
Dr.
Trent Smith, agriculture, and his wife, Betsy, are proud to announce
the birth of their first child, Kade Thomas Smith, on

. She had been an employee in the purchasing
department for 33 years.
