Description of Classes

Classes are suitable for all fitness and skill levels. No registration required . . . just show up! Tank tops and sports bras are allowed in the Group Exercise Room only! Please wear a shirt with sleeves when in any other part of the building. Also, a towel is required in all group exercises classes.

Butts &
Guts
Let us help get your rear in gear and your abs fab!  We will focus on these "trouble spots" with exercises using body weight, dumbbells, exercise balls, gliding discs, etc.  (15 minutes)
Cardio
Kick
Increase your energy and power with this calorie-blasting cardio class.  Fun combos utilizing the basic four punches and four kicks make the choreography simple to follow.  (35 minutes)
Total Training Looking for variety?  This class may include your favorite cardio styles including step, cardio kickboxing, dance combos, etc. paired with strength training for a great total body workout in half the time! (35 minutes)
Core Strengthen & streamline your midsection.  We’ll target your entire core – from your abs all the way around to your back! (15 minutes)
Pilates Focus on your "powerhouse" with strengthening exercises to firm and sculpt from your shoulders to thighs and everything in between. (35 minutes)
Pump & Jump Tired of the same workout?  Learn fun rope combos with strength training exercises to work you out from head to toe! (35 minutes)
Sculpt Total body strengthening and toning utilizing body weight, dumbbells, exercise balls, gliding discs, etc.  You’ll leave feeling strong and powerful!  (35 minutes)
Cross Fit Use your body weight to get in great shape!  Simple intervals, circuits and plyometrics strip body fat and highlight lean muscle!  Control your intensity by changing your speed. (35 minutes)
Hip Hop Hip hop, urban, street, and funk moves will infuse your workouts with energy & variety.  (35 minutes)
Zumba Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow combos in an interval format alternating harder and easier dance moves will make you love to do cardio!  (35 minutes)
