Description of Classes
| Classes are suitable for all fitness and skill levels. No registration required . . . just show up! Tank tops and sports bras are allowed in the Group Exercise Room only! Please wear a shirt with sleeves when in any other part of the building. Also, a towel is required in all group exercises classes. |
| Butts & Guts |
Let us help get your rear in gear and your abs fab! We will focus on these female “trouble spots” with exercises using body weight, dumbbells, exercise balls, etc. (25 minutes) |
| Cardio Mix |
Looking for a variety? This class may include step cardio, kickboxing, dance combos, etc., for a great workout. You won't be bored! |
| Core | Strengthen & streamline your midsection. We’ll target your entire core in 25 minutes from your abs all the way around to your back! |
| LA Style | Get ready for a fusion of informal dance styles from Cuba, Puerto Rico, African, Latin and North America. Come move with us for an instant vacation and an unforgettable workout! No partner needed. Men and women are welcome to join us! |
| Pilates | Focus on your "powerhouse" with strengthening exercises to firm and sculpt from your shoulders to your thighs and everything in between. (40 minutes) |
