Since most information requested in the Registrar's Office requires the staff to verify a person's identity, please provide a photo ID (e.g., ULM ID, driver's license) when requesting and/or picking up information in person.

ADDING/DROPPING COURSES - To add or drop a course, please log in to myULM. Then click on “Log In to the Banner system” to log in to Banner and actually add or drop a course. See Resignations below for information about resigning from ULM (dropping all your classes).
ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENT DIPLOMA - To request an additional or replacement copy of your diploma, complete a Request for Additional or Replacement Diploma.
CURRICULUM (MAJOR) CHANGES - Curriculum (major) changes are made by first contacting the respective department head or dean to obtain a curriculum change form. The completed form then must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. For additional information, please refer to the current catalog.
ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS - To request an enrollment verification, please complete an Enrollment Verification Request. For additional information, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 318-342-5262.
FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA) - ULM adheres to all requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regarding the release of academic records. For specific information about FERPA, please click here.
LETTER OF GOOD STANDING - To request a letter of good standing, please complete a Letter of Good Standing Request. For additional information, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 318-342-5262.
NAME CHANGES - To change your name for any reason, complete a Name Change Request. You must bring your completed form, your original Social Security card, and a photo ID to the Registrar’s Office.
RESIGNATIONS - To resign from ULM, please log in to myULM to drop all your classes. If you would rather, you may complete a Resignation Request and submit it to the Registrar’s Office as instructed on the form.
VIEWING GRADES - You may view your grades by logging in to Self Service Banner.
