facets to developing a competitive proposal. One has to write a
coherent application that includes sound research methods, reasonable
costs and justifications. The successful sponsored program begins
with an idea. After the idea, one puts structure to the idea
through a research outline, locates possible sponsors, and then
organizes the project to meet the sponsor’s rules as well as
