Spring 2015 intent to return forms became available online on October 13th
This form is for current students already living on campus who want to request to
return to their same room or request a building change. Everyone must complete a

Spring 2015 housing.
A cancellation forms must be filled out in the Residential Life office.
New to Campus Housing
Students new to campus housing or students not currently in housing will need to contact
the Residential life office at (318)342-5240 or email us at email@example.com to fill
out an application for the Spring 2015 semester.
Students new to campus housing are required to pay a $200 room reservation fee. You
can pay this online at the time you complete the application or mail us a check or
money order to:

New students will have until November 17th to cancel and receive a partial refund of $100 of the reservation fee.
There will be no refunds given after November 17th.
Building /Room Changes
Building /room changes will be assigned based on the date the intent to return cards
were completed and on available space.
Should you be notified of a building/room change for Spring 2015 you will be required
to remove all your belongings from your current room on move-out day which is December
6th by 12:00 PM.
Notifications for building/room changes will arrive before winter break.
If you are not granted a building/room change you will have another chance to request
a move. This will be available on the first day of the spring semester which will
be Monday, Jan. 13th beginning at 7:30 AM.
The fee payment deadline is January 6, 2015 at 3:30 PM. All students must have their bills paid online or at La Capitol Federal Credit
Union (located in University Commons II) prior to moving into their residence hall
