About Reporting

Two copies of each standard report are mailed to the client.  Reporting by fax is available.  Test results are confidential between the laboratory and the client. Report data may be shared upon receipt of written client request or if subpoenaed.

Chain of custody forms are supplied upon client request. Electronic and/or hard copies of client reports are on file for ten years.

Price quotes are available upon request. Discounts may be given for multiple samples which are submitted at the same time. Rush services are available upon request at a surcharge.
