Freedom & Responsibility in Substance Abusers

As an extension of the research already conducted on the subject of “Freedom & Responsibility,” this project anticipates positive results when examining the subpopulation of addictive disorders.

This project is the combination of clinical and social psychology. Addiction as a whole cost the United States billions of dollars annual in: treatment & recovery, lost productivity, legal expenditure, etc. By examining the way in which addictive disorder populations view given subject material, social psychologists can ascertain how individuals from this population are processing information. This concept is very important to clinical psychologists and psychiatrists who are treating addictive disorder populations.

The results of this study may open the door for several in-depth subpopulation studies. For example Freedom and Responsibility with in Addictive Disorder Populations and: ADHA, Bi-Polar, Personality Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress, Depression, etc.
