Used as a vehicle to showcase the outstanding research being conducted by graduate as well as undergraduate students at ULM, the Symposium allows the presentation of unique and high quality work of our student family.
The Symposium, now in its fourteenth year, has provided a platform for the presentation of research conducted by over 2,700 student researchers.
The inaugural Student Research Symposium, held in the spring of 2001, featured the outstanding work of some 85 ULM students.
The Student Research Symposium continues to grow and last year presentations were made by 125 students.
We encourage and invite our outstanding student-researchers who have participated in the Symposium in previous years to do so again this year.
For those researchers who have not been involved in the past, a personal invitation is being extended to you to be involved in something very important within the academy – research.
Find out how you can participate in this extraordinary celebration of your success. Just click the "How to Participate" and be a part of something larger than yourself — which is extremely significant on your campus!
And if you are part of the Emerging Scholars program, an invitation is extended to you as well.
