The Louisiana High School Technology Challenge.
Why A Technology Challenge?
This competition recognizes and acknowledges students interested in demonstrating their creative use of technology and teamwork skills. As Louisiana prepares for a brighter future, our schools need to encourage students to apply skills that will help them to productively contribute in a modern and progressive society through teamwork. The main purpose of this competition is to demonstrate how our students can use technology creatively in a team for life-long learning.
  • Winning schools will be recognized for excellence with school trophies.
  • If fiscally possible, every participant of every team will receive a donated T-shirt from ULM.
  • After the Challenge, pending sponsorship, the best submitted work of the competition, with the acknowledgment and permission of the high school teams, will be distributed to the general public from this website
With sponsorship support, we do plan to share the excellent work produced during the competition to inspire even greater excellence. Over time, we hope to distribute "exemplars", video tutorials, technology tips, sample lesson plans, and other teaching materials that incorporate technology in learning, for use in Louisiana schools.
