I have two older sisters. Rachel is 26, and Alexis is 23. I am the youngest.

Most people don't know that I live in the only beach house in Monroe. I even have sand.

I'm involved in several activities on campus. I am the Campus Activities Board Secretary for this upcoming school year. I'm excited to hold this leadership position and anxious about the events CAB is sponsoring this year. Also, I was on PREP Staff this past summer. This experience is one I will never forget. Away from school, I work at American Eagle in Pecanland Mall.

Being on PREP Staff is one of my favorite memories because I enjoy working with the incoming freshmen. We had the chance to make a huge impact on the student's college decision. I enjoyed seeing other students become proud of their new school.

I'm still deciding on my professional goals. My definition of successful is enjoying what you do. Then, going to work is like not working at all.

My favorite spot on campus is the SUB because I can socialize with friends or grab a bite to eat.

One of my favorite professors is Mr. Miguel Perez. He taught me in an introductory business class. He taught me to think more critically about concepts and to apply this way of thinking to real life situations.

I chose ULM for different reasons. ULM gives me the opportunity to earn a great education, and it is easily affordable. Also, the size of ULM made me more comfortable going to college. I knew I could see myself here from the first time I toured our campus.

Benjamin's ULMULM has helped me grow by offering me opportunities in leadership and responsibility. Being involved on campus has given me experiences that I can use in any profession I choose in life.

Great Education, Good Times, Bright Future
