Hannah Renee' Livingston is a sophomore business major from Weston.

I am the one and only child.

I am involved in many extracurricular activities at ULM. I am involved in Campus Activities Board, I serve as the Spring Fever Treasurer and Committee Head, I serve as a Student Government Association Senator, I am the new SGA secretary for 2008-2009, I am the SGA Public Relations Committee Head, and I'm the Sponsorship Chair for Up Til Dawn. I also work at the Support Enforcement Service Office in Monroe.

I have one and only professional goal: to run a hospital or a nursing home. I have always wanted to run one of these facilities because I want to help improve the environment for patients and staff members.

My favorite spot on campus is on the third floor of the library, where I can look out the windows at the bayou and watch the ducks play in the water.

One of my favorite professors is Ms. Buczala, a chemistry instructor. She is one of my favorites because she can easily relate to her students. I never got bored in a single one of her classes.

My favorite memory at ULM was the 2008 Mardi Gras Ball. I planned this event and seeing it turn out so successfully was one of the best days I can recall at ULM.

ULM has helped me grow as a person in many ways. I now know how to manage many things at one time. Through ULM I have learned many business skills that will help me in the near future. ULM also helped me decide the path of life that I will take. As I continued my education, I realized that I want to be a successful business leader in the world.

I chose ULM for two reasons. The first reason I chose ULM is because I love the environment. I graduated from a small school, and ULM appealed to me the most because it was like walking into a huge family. I also chose ULM because of the majors that are offered. I found no other university close to my hometown that offered such diverse subject matter and such excellent faculty and staff.
