a future in athletics
Sarah Carriger is a junior political science major from Claremore, Okla. She plays softball for the ULM Warhawks.
I have three older sisters, making me the youngest in my family.
During the summer months, I work for the Academic and Compliance Office in the Clarke M. Williams Student Success Center.
I balance everything by just going with the flow and making sure that I keep up with what needs to be done.
I want to earn my graduate degree in sports administration and become an academic counselor to future student-athletes. My ultimate goal is to become an athletic director.
My favorite spot on campus would have to be the top of the ULM Library because the view is so pretty, and you can see the entire campus.
My favorite professor would have to be Dr. Wheeler. He is an atmospheric science professor who made ATMS 101 and 102 much easier by always helping me when I needed it.
My favorite ULM memory is beating ULL at the Sun Belt Conference Softball Championship Tournament this year.
ULM has helped me learn how to be away from my family, and how to mature into a young adult.
I chose ULM because of its homey atmosphere.
