Section F: Common Data Set
Updated: 8/05/2008
One of the functions of University Planning & Analysis (UPA) is to provide a variety data resources to support University of Louisiana Monroe's administration in strategic planning and policy-making processes. We have developed the University FactBook in order to fulfill this portion of our mission.
Section F: Common Data Set of the FactBook has been re-designed to house the yearly result of the Common Data Set (CDS). This CDS is the instrument used by the Voluntary System of Accountability, U. S. News and World Report, Peterson's Surveys, and many other for comparative national studies. Information will be posted for this section as it becomes available throughout the academic year.
As we produce each yearly edition, we invite your comments and suggestions for future editions of the FactBook , including the ULManac . It is our intent to produce a timely and comprehensive document reflecting that which defines ULM as a unique and diverse institution of higher learning. Please note that UPA uses, where possible, the 14 th Class Day or other determined census date to be consistent with state and federal reporting requirements.
We would like to sincerely thank the various campus departments who have worked with us to develop the FactBook . It is assumed that data provided by these offices are recent and accurate. If you have further questions about the information included in this edition, we suggest that you contact the source office as noted throughout the document.
Your continued interest and support are greatly appreciated.
