Welcome to the University of Louisiana at Monroe Master of Occupational Therapy Program
About the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) Bridge Program
The program is a 2.5-year hybrid (combination distance/onsite) program. Applicants
to the OTA to MOT bridge program must be certified as Occupational Therapy Assistants
(OTAs), have obtained a bachelor’s degree, and meet the pre-requisites prior to application
to the program. We do not require a specific bachelor’s degree as long as you take
the pre-requisites listed on our Admission & Application Requirements page. We recommend that you choose a bachelor’s degree that is appealing to you and meets
your needs.
All courses require both online and on-campus components. Students will begin participating
in online course instruction on the first day of class each semester. See University
Calendar for specific dates.
