COMPUTERSOS
IT Ticketing System: Used extensively by the HelpDesk, all IT units use & contribute. Used by the campus community for support.
COPYCENTER
Copy Center System: Used by the ULM Post Office; also runs monthly paper cut import/reports
EVALS
Faculty Evaluation System: Primarily used by Faculty & Administration
FADS
Faculty Activitiy Database: Updated by Faculty, implemented for the FAD system itself and Faculty Profiles
FORMS
Web-based Forms: Used to house forms, primarily PDFs, maintained by multiple contributors incl. IT; links are used throughout ULM websites.
POLICIES
Policy Database: Houses ULM policies, revision info, & more. Maintained by an proctor; needs to be a standalone site
SATS
Student Tracking:Used by the scholarships and admissions office. Data gets loaded nightly and the admins offer awards from the system. Award letters are generated and posted
SUPPORT
Support: used by financial aid and other offices, similar to computersos
TALON
Talon: used by Student Success Center
TESTING
Testing Registration:
Used to register for the Accuplacer Registration. Admin can create tests & exam dates in the system which will be used in the Registration form. Also connects to Touchnet (if fee associated). Needs to be a stand-alone site.
WEBFORMS
Web Forms: Web-based forms for fac/staff for a variety of purposes; form admins can also login to retrieve or manage data, includes email notifications, possible future inclusion of QR codes for each form print media
