ULM's Chautauqua Nexus to discuss Easter

On Monday, March 25, 2002, the Chautauqua Nexus will discuss Easter: A Christian Celebration: Dante Bryant is the co-speaker of this discussion and is a graduate student at ULM. He will discuss how his thoughts on Easter have evolved, whereas the other speaker, Father Mike Haney, will examine the symbols and meanings of the holy week leading up to Easter Sunday. The Triduum, or the three holy days leading up to the "holiest of all days" will receive special attention. This group will meet at 6:30 p.m.

These weekly meetings are informal conversations attempting to connect people of all ages who are interested in intellectual and cultural exchanges. The Chautuaqua Nexus meets every week on the second floor of the Student Union Building on the ULM campus (unless otherwise noted) beginning at 4:30 on Fridays or Saturdays. There are no requirements and everyone is invited to come. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Visitors are welcome to make a small donation for refreshments.
All media welcome.
