Fall 2002 "Browse on the Bayou" at ULM

The University of Louisiana at Monroe invites potential students to attend "Browse on the Bayou," Saturday, November 23, 2002. Opening ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Library Conference Center on the 7th floor of the Library followed by an Academic Browse from 10:15a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Student organizations will have displays at the Activity Center from 11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Prospective students are also welcome for a campus "Open House" from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. The day concludes with the ULM vs ULL game beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Malone Stadium.

Some of the activities will include group tours of the campus, question and answer sessions with faculty and staff and sessions of topical interest such as scholarships and financial aid. Browse is a great time for prospects to meet other students considering ULM. Those interested will receive an invitation well in advance.

ULM also welcomes visitors anytime during office hours, 8:00 a.m. ­ 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visits include a guided tour from a member of the Enrollment Services staff, including a residence hall, and an opportunity for answers to questions you may have. ULM can also arrange for visitors to meet a professor in their chosen field of study.
