ULM Plans First Ever Mardi Gras Ball

The Student Government Association at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is planning a Mardi Gras ball, which will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2003 from 9 p.m.- 1 a.m. at the Atrium Ballroom on Louisville Avenue in Monroe. This will be the first time that ULM has hosted a Mardi Gras ball.

ULM students will be admitted free with tickets. Student tickets will be available at the SGA office between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Student Union Building. Faculty, staff, and alumni tickets can be purchased from Dr. Martha Upshaw, SGA Advisor, for $5.00. All Ticket sales begin Monday, February 10. Tickets are limited and will available on a first come- first serve basis.

A DJ will be on hand as well as hors d'oeuvres. Attire for the ball will be semiformal. Alcohol will be served to those of age only. Please bring your ID. A shuttle bus service will be available for the evening.
