ULM Sculpture Garden brings rotating public exhibits featuring noted artists

A new semester brings new outdoor artwork to the ULM Sculpture Garden.

This year, each artist shares a common focus on the figure. Artists selected for the rotating public art exhibit are: Robert Evans from Terre Haute, Ind., Lee Benson from Jackson, Tenn., Jack Howard Potter from New York City, Matt Deford from Natchitoches and Michael Warrick from Little Rock, Ark.

The Sculpture Garden is a great place to visit and is made possible by funding from the ULM Campus Activities Board, Art in Public Places Initiative.

Adjacent to the Sculpture Garden, in the alcove between Biedenharn Recital Hall and the Band Building, ULM art majors Robbie Jones, Jon Strange and Ryan Eager have their new sculptures on display. These works are made possible in part by a grant from the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council.
