The National Society of Leadership and Success at the University of Louisiana Monroe is one of 555 chapters across the United States. The ULM chapter has a membership of over 900 members and is ranked in the top ten percent of outstanding chapters by the National Office Staff and Advisory Board. The society provides a step-by-step program for members to build their leadership skills through participation on their campus or online. Upon completion of the program, members receive their leadership certificate and take their place among the top student leaders on their campus and across the country. Members are able to list their affiliation on all statements of personal accomplishment, including their resume.  

Membership to this society is by invitation only and is based on meeting the minimum academic requirements set by the chapter.
