1. Sender display name and email address: Sender's display name is that of a legitimate ULM employee; however, sender's email address is a non-ULM email address.
2. Logo imitation or dated branding: ULM banner indicating email is from an external sender is present.
3. Spelling and grammar irregularities: The word "University" is misspelled.
4. Spelling and grammar irregularities: There should not be a comma between the first and last names of the contact name given in the email.
5. Spelling and grammar irregularities: The word "Regards" is misspelled. Also, it should be followed by a comma, not a period.
6. Spelling and grammar irregularities: There should not be a comma between the first and last names in the signature line.
7. Inconsistency: University name is incorrect - should be "University of Louisiana at Monroe".
