• Preceptor and Alumni Survey - Associate Dean of Assessment, Assessment Committee and recommendations sent to the Dean.

Where Results Are Found and Disseminated:  COP Website

How Results Are Used:  Recommendations for changes are sent to the Dean and the faculty for input.  All final decisions are incorporated into the strategic plan.

• Graduating Student Survey - Results are reviewed by Associate Dean of Assessment and the Assessment Committee
• Faculty Survey - Results are reviewed by Assessment Committee.
• Preceptor and Alumni Survey - Results are reviewed by Student Affairs and the Assessment Committee
