I discovered ULM through a friend.
I chose ULM because they gave me a better scholarship, even though I had been accepted by three universities.
What I like best about ULM is the faculty, friends and environment of the university, as well as the religious organizations.
My favorite place to go in Monroe/West Monroe is the shopping mall (Pecanland Mall).

I am involved in Alpha Epsilon Delta, BCM, and the International Student Organization.
I was surprised about the food and living here when I first came and at the same time, study too. When first started my semester I didn’t know anything about online homework and things like that because we don’t have those back home. However slowly and slowly I got used to it.
I would definitely recommend ULM to my friends back home.
I am planning to graduate with a Medical Laboratory Science degree in two years from now.
