2024 Annual Enrollment

During annual enrollment, you may:

Enroll in a health plan
Enroll in a supplemental insurance policy, such as: dental, vision, and disability
Apply for Life Insurance (active employees only)
Drop or add eligible dependents (health, dental, vision)
Discontinue coverage
Enroll in and determine the amount of your Health Savings Account contribution (if applicable)
Enroll in and determine the amount of your Flexible Spending Arrangement contribution (if applicable)

Important Facts

- Effective January 1, 2024, the Vantage HMO will no longer be available. For more information, please visit OGB Vantage Health Plan Exit.

-Premium Increase - Effective, January 1, 2024, premium rates for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will be increased 6.14%.

- Active employees will be allowed to enroll through the OGB annual enrollment portal by clicking the "Active Non-LaGov Employee" link or in person at Human Resources.

- Employees who choose to use the OGB annual enrollment portal must print or download their own confirmation page from the web portal and submit to Human Resources.

- Members enrolled in the Pelican 775 Health Savings Account (HSA) must elect or re-elect their HSA contributions for the 2024 plan year.

- Members enrolled in the Flexible Spending Arrangement must elect or re-elect to participate for the 2024 plan year.

- If you would like to remain in your current OGB health or life plan with the same covered dependents for the 2024 plan year, you do not need to do anything.
