Welcome to our 2026 Open Enrollment information webpage. Please review all information below for any changes to the 2026 Plan Year. Open enrollment allows you the opportunity to make any changes (new enrollments, changing plans, adding/deleting dependents, etc.) without having a required qualifying event.
Please remember that enrollments must be made by November 15th. Late enrollments will not be accepted.
-Premium Increase - Effective, January 1, 2026, premium rates for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will increased 7.75%.
- Active employees will be allowed to enroll through the OGB annual enrollment portal by clicking the "Active Non-LaGov Employee" link or in person at Human Resources.
- Employees who choose to use the OGB annual enrollment portal are encouraged to print or download their own confirmation page from the web portal.
- If you would like to remain in your current OGB health or life plan with the same covered dependents for the 2026 plan year, you do not need to do anything.

If you want to keep your current supplemental plans with the same covered dependents, no action is required. Your coverage will roll-over automatically.
If you want to change/add any supplemental plans or add any dependents to your plan, you must make these changes through the enrollment portal.
Note: Our dental and vision plans have changed to Humana. If you are currently enrolled in UNUM for dental and/or vision, your plan(s) will automatically rollover to the new carrier.
