The PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program at Our Lady of the Lake provides residents with an opportunity to deliver evidence-based, cost-effective care in unit-based and multidisciplinary settings. Leadership and project management skills are honed through participation in practice-based research as well as departmental and organizational quality improvement initiatives. Residents completing the program are prepared to pursue PGY-2 residency training and attain clinical positions in institutional settings.
